Origami Flower Corsage

This is a project I created recently for our Art collective challenge "Asia". I have used the concepts of origami to create a raw silk corsage belt...I think I will make some more of these in different colours...

Something Red

Being involved with an Art Collective provides lots of opportunities to pursue a creative side in lieu of commercial incentive.

POD Collective is the name of our group and our latest "challenge" was to produce a piece of work with the theme "something red".

I created a 3 colour lino block print from a sketch I had done. I have framed it with a simple black frame and quite happy with the result. I also experimented printing with the block onto a grey felt bag.
